ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose the appeal filed by her dated 10.07.2025 pending on his file. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.The petitioner submitted an application before the third respondent seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of the father of the fourth respondent Ethiraj in respect of the property situated in S.No.21/1 in Vilpatti Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District. The said application was rejected by the third respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 26.11.2024 and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the appeal submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 26.11.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the 4th respondent and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed
of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
