Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the impugned order in RC.A5/55495/2013 dated 20.12.2013 on the file of the respondent no.2 and consequential impugned order dated 17.12.2015 in Na.Ka.A5/9348/2015 on the file of the respondent no.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to revoke the suspension order dated 20.12.2013 passed by the respondent no.2 in RC.A5/55495/2013 and reinstate the petitioner in the post of Revenue Inspector with consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Court.

Though the petitioner herein has raised several grounds challenging the suspension order, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the suspension order was passed way back on 20.12.2013, the respondents may be directed to review the suspension order once again.

In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation seeking for review of the suspension order dated 20.12.2013 and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider the representation and review the suspension order and pass orders on merits, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of two weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above order passed, no interference is required in the order impugned in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
