ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.45 of 2014 in O.S.No.159 of 2012 dated 22.07.2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the suit itself was dismissed for default on 18.11.2022 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
