PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to lay road in Adi Dravidar Colony in Mangulam Post, Meenakshipuram Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to lay road in Adi Dravidar Colony in Mangulam Post, Meenakshipuram Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District within the time period stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that that the petitioner, as President of Panchayat, has planned to lay the paver block road, for which, the private respondents are raising objections and on receipt of the complaint from 2/4
the petitioner, the petitioner as well as the private respondents were directed to appear for enquiry, they have not turned up.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear for the enquiry before the third respondent.
4. Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
