ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to pay the surrender leave, earned leave and unearned leave amounts to the petitioner, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2019, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, she worked as Junior Investigator (Kodar) under the respondent Institute from 15.02.1984 to 19.08.1994. On 19.08.1994, the petitioner was terminated from service. Thereafter, she was reinstated into service as Typist from the year 2008. She retired from service on 30.06.2019, on attaining the age of superannuation as a Upper Division Clerk / UDC. Subsequently, her retirement benefits such as E.P.F., G.P.F., Gratuity and other benefits were paid to her.
However, the respondents have not paid the surrender leave salary, earned leave salary and unearned leave salary to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has made several representations, to the respondents, lastly, on 31.08.2019. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.

W.P.(MD) No.22010 of 2019 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record carefully.
4.Considering the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2019 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
