ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2018 and Application No. 2018/0105/24/080859, dated 24.07.2018, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation and Application for transfer of Patta will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation and Application, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
