ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent to cancel the Patta Nos.2770 and 3050, comprised in Survey Nos.52/2A, 53/3C, 55/3B and 55/3D of Kannanallur Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the respondents 1 to 3, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the Page No. 2 of 4

respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
