2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the illness, the petitioner is not in a position to appear before the Court regularly and he prayed for modify of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL MP(MD) No.11552 of 2021 court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15241 of 2021 on 07.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the date of judgment. Till then, the warrant that has been issued shall be kept in abeyance.
