This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent No. 1,2 and 5 to transfer the complaint given by the Petitioner dt.16.08.2022 on the file of Respondent No.4 and entrust the same to the Police officials in the Respondent No.4 office in accordance with law within the time.

2. The learnded Additioanl Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report was registered on 16.11.2022.

3. In view of the same, the the Commissioner of Police, Trichy District is directed to supervise the investigation through the Assistant Commissioner of Police concerned. If the Inspector of Police, Woraiyur Police Station, Trichy 2/5

District is not fair in proceeding with the investigation, the Commissioner of Police, Trichy District may pass appropriate orders.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
