O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out survey of the properties in Old S.No.248/4, New S.No.447/2 situated at Kallagam Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2025.
2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, he purchased the subject property under sale deed, dated 4.10.2010 and the patta for the subject property stands in the name of Petitioner in Patta No. 487.The Petitioner submitted an application on 11.4.2025 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ 2/5
Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application and hence, his request for survey of the subject property could not be considered..
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, third respondent, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a further period of 8 weeks thereafter. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
