Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AAYIRAM K.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15373 of 2021 on 08.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is yet to be completed. The petitioner is having one previous cases.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15373 of 2021 on 08.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
