PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to approve petitioner appointment in the post of Junior Assistant in the 3rd respondent school with effect from 11.11.2020 and thereafter consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pay petitioner arrears of salary and all other attendant and applicable monetary benefits within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Junior Assistant working in the third respondent school, seeking a mandamus to approve his appointment w.e.f.11.11.2020 onwards.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant in the third respondent school on 11.11.2020. The management has submitted a proposal to the respondents 1 and 2 for approval of the said appointment. However, so far, no orders have been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the fact that the second respondent is the forwarding authority and the first respondent is the approving authority, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the proposals submitted by the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs..
