ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to transfer the patta granted under Natham Scheme under the benefits of Adi - Dravidar Welfare in Poolanandapuram Village of Uthamapalayam Taluka of Theni District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation espousing his grievance to the first respondent herein within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
