Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANTH C.RAJESH., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the 1/3

petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12789 of 2023 on 13.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions from 11.08.2023 to 25.08.2023 only. Thereafter, he has not complied the conditions.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12789 of 2023 on 13.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every sunday till further orders.
