To issued a direction directing the respondent no.4 to withdraw the case in Cr.No.53 of 2019 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C on the file of respondent no.5 dated 07.02.2019 and entrust the same respondent no.3 for an investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.MEENAKSHISUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor for the petitioners and of MR.T.LAJAPATHIROY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking extension of time to file a final report in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 6961 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4222 of 2019, dated 13.09.2021 & 08.11.2021 in Crime No.03 of 2019 on the file of CBCID, Dindigul (originally Crime No. 53 of 2019 on the file of Kodaikanal P.S).

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation also completed.

3. In view of the above, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for filing final report.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
