This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9810 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5142 of 2023 on 10.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
