The petitioner has approached the respondent seeking No Objection Certificate and filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue No Objection Certificate for an 1/4

establishment of Retail outlet Petrol Bunk at S.Nos. 1849/1, 1849/2, 1851/4, Keezhapavoor Village, Alangulam Taluk based on the petitioners representation dated 05.05.2023.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of the order passed by the District Revenue Officer that his application dated 25.05.2023 for No Objection Certificate has been rejected, based on the proceedings of the District Revenue officer, dated 14.07.2022. Copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
