This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent herein for their willful, wanton and 1/4

deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 27.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.7659 of 2024.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed by this Court dated 27.03.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.7659 of 2024, has already been complied with.

4. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if she is any grievance.
