ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to forbear them from giving electricity connection to the unauthorised shed with motor constructed in the common land admeasuring 8 cents with well and electric moto pump set in Survey Number 2215/1A2 at Perungudi village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that electricity service connection was given to the fourth respondent on 01.12.2021, based on the revenue records.

3. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this case has become infructuous and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Internet :Yes/No Index :Yes/No sm 3/4
