Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to conduct an enquiry in regard to the illegal appointment of the sixth respondent as Manager in the fifth respondent office and pass appropriate orders in the light of the proceedings of the fifth respondent addressed to the fourth respondent dated 04.05.2023 as well as based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the President of Employees Association seeking a Mandamus as against the fourth respondent to conduct an enquiry as against the sixth respondent.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 brought to the notice of this Court that based upon the complaint lodged by the writ petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the sixth respondent has been exonerated of all the charges by way of an enquiry report dated 10.04.2024.

3. The same is recorded. No further adjudication is called for in the writ petition. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the result of the enquiry, he is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings. 3/6

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
