This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime no.330/2022 dated 24/8/2022, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.713 of 2023.
