ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. 2547/Aa1/2023 dated 12.04.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and for a consequential direction to the Respondents 2 and 3 to register the fair and decreetal orders passed in R.C.O.P.No.2/2007 dated 30.10.2012 on the file of the Learned Rent Controller (1st Additional District Munsif) Tirunelveli and R.C.A.No.19/2013 dated 20.09.2019 on the file of Learned Rent Controller Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Judge) Tirunelveli.
2. Through the impugned slip the respondent directed the petitioner to submit a Patta and further directed to approach the appropriate Court and obtain appropriate order.

3. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking to register the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.2/2007 and R.C.A.No.19/2013. There is no necessity for seeking Patta and therefore, patta is not necessary. The respondent is bound to register the Judgment and Decree.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned refusal slip dated 12.04.2023 is hereby quashed. The respondents are directed to register the fair and decreetal orders passed in R.C.O.P.No.2/2007 dated 30.10.2012 on the file of the Learned Rent Controller (1st Additional District Munsif) Tirunelveli and R.C.A.No.19/2013 dated 20.09.2019 on the file of Learned Rent Controller Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Judge) Tirunelveli, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
