Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.UDHAYAKUMAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.23235 of 2022 on 28.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, the Charge Sheet is made ready.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23235 of 2022 on 28.12.2022 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
