Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKRAM S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.111 of 2022 before the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.16668 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.16668 of 2022, dated 16.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of crime number.111 of 2022.
