ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner for the land in S.No.382/5 in Renganayakkanpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by implementing his order, in Na.Ka.No.260/2023/A4, dated 19.05.2023.
2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that a suit in O.S.No.82 of 2023 filed by one Ponnammal, in which the petitioner has been arrayed as 2nd respondent is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Nilakottai.
3. Considering the fact that a suit for declaration is pending with reference to the very same property which is the subject matter of the writ petition, this writ petition stands dismissed. The parties shall await the result of the suit and thereafter, the petitioner can revive her request before this Court. No costs.
