This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection for the petitioner in order to reside in the house in No.7, Mariamman Koil Street, Lakshmi Managaram, Arumuganeri, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District as per the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchendur dated 19.01.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent conducted petition enquiry with the counter part and closed the same.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.22092 of 2018 3.In view of the said submission, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation with a fresh cause of action.
