ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to conduct survey of his lands in S.Nos. 205/3A&3B, to an extent of 44 cents on the northern side out of 88 cents, S.No.228/1 to an extent of 50.5 cents on the western side out of 2 Acres, S.No.362/11C northern side 1⁄2 share, S.No.363/8B northern side 1//2 share and 1/3rd share in S.No.362/11A (33 cents) and a house property in Old S.No.354/1A part and New S.No.435/27 (5.10 Ares (12.597 cents), at Vilacherry Village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District and issue patta in his favour along with his son's name, by 2/4
considering his representation dated 18.09.2018.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that based on the joint patta, the petitioner alone has made a request for surveying the lands. In the event, all the pattadars have made a request for conducting survey, they would consider the same.
3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application along with other pattadars for surveying the lands, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing such application, the respondents shall consider the same and conduct survey within a period of six weeks from thereon. No costs. 31.01.2024 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
