PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur to complete the committal proceedings expeditiously in P.R.C.No.18 of 2019 on its file within the time limit stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to complete the committal proceedings expeditiously in P.R.C.No.18 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur to complete the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.18 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
