No representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. It is noted that the petitioner's representation, dated 03.10.2018 has received only a partial attention by the first respondent inasmuch as the first respondent directed the second respondent to enquire and give a report and take action. Despite the same, no further action had been taken.
3. Considering the same, I am inclined to dispose the writ petition by directing the second respondent to enquire and take appropriate action and if necessary inform the first respondent before taking such action. This exercise shall be carried by the second respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
