O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Village Administrative Officer seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent herein to dispose of the review application filed by the petitioner as against the orders of the second respondent, dated 08.01.2020.

2. The petitioner has filed the above said review application on 21.03.2020 to the first respondent. Though the first respondent is in receipt of the above said review application, so far the said review application has not been disposed of.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/4

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to dispose of the review application filed by the petitioner dated 21.03.2020 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
