2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the nature of allegations that this petitioner is said to have been in possession of 1.500 kgs of ganja and considering the fact that the earlier anticipatory bail petition has already been dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.13546 of 2024, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
