The petitioner has lodged a complaint and filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to change the investigating officer that the investigating officer has not conducted the investigation in a proper manner.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and submits that there is a quarrel among the family members. The petitioner's complaint was enquired along with the complaint of the fourth respondent's husband in CSR No.828 of 2025 and the same was closed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
