This petitioner with a grievance that his complaint, dated 06.01.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has approached this Court.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent police as current paper enquiry in C.No.G3/19047/1473/2025, 196/SDO-K/SP-Gri/2025 and C.No. 2/5

61/FO-KMD/SP-Giri/2025 and the same was closed on 06.08.2025, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate civil Forum.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
