O R D E R

These petitions have been filed to direct the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District to complete the trial in C.C.No.444 of 2013 and 107 of 2009 respectively, within the time framed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.444 of 2013 pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is transferred to the learned Fast Track Court Judge, Eraniel and renumbered as C.C.No.632 of 2019. Likewise, the case in C.C.No.107 of 2009 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Eraniel is renumbered as C.C.No.172 of 2018 and pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Eraniel. 3.In view of the above submission, the learned Fast Track Court Judge, Eraniel is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.632 of 2019, within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Similarly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.172 of 2018, within a period of 6 months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above directions, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
