ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from including or opening any rowdy history sheet in the name of the petitioner by considering the petitioners representation dated 09.10.2019
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the petitioner is involved in more than seven previous cases and his name has been included in the History Sheet in H.S.No.03 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent.

3. Therefore the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.
