(AA2)250/2024, dated 24.06.2024 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta in respect of petitioner's land in Survey No.132/3C1A1 measuring to an extent of 9.09 cents situated at Sankaraperi Village, Thoothukudi District within a period stipulated by this Court in the light of the common order, dated 31.08.2023 passed in W.A.(MD).Nos.1633 to 1645 of 2016 etc., batch before this Court and also in W.P.(MD).No.26640 of 2023, dated 17.11.2023.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 5th respondent and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of petitioner's land in Survey No.132/3C1A1 measuring to an

extent of 9.09 cents situated at Sankaraperi Village, Thoothukudi District.

2. In the light of the order of status quo granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P(Civil) Diary No.10443 of 2024, orders cannot be passed in the present writ petition.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to once again approach the Court after the disposal of the above Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No costs.
