2. The petitioner's son who is aged 30 years is missing since 02.08.2024. In this regard, the second respondent has registered Crime No.45 of 2024. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner's son is in illegal detention. Since this is a man-missing case, it is for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the second respondent.

3. We direct the second respondent to take all possible steps and expeditiously trace the missing individual. This Habeas Corpus petition stands disposed of.
