ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher challenging the order of recovery based upon the audit objection. 2.This Court by an order dated 18.09.2024 has granted interim stay on the ground that the petitioner has not been put on notice prior to passing an order of recovery.

3.Pending writ petition, the second respondent herein had issued notice to the writ petitioner. After considering the objection submitted by the writ petitioner, has revised the pay scale which is satisfactory to the writ petitioner. 4.In view of the above said facts, no further adjudication is called for. It is made clear that there shall not be any order of recovery. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
