ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.N.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.03.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the third respondent; that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR.No.91 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. Subsequently, the third respondent has lodged another complaint and on that basis, CSR.No.582 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was also ordered to be closed. 2/4
