This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner and the fourth Respondent had together purchased the property, which was subsequently acquired by the PACL Company, which is now attached by the Government. Instead of seeking the remedy through the Civil Court, the fourth Respondent had given a false complaint against the Petitioner, based on which the third Respondent had been summoning the Petitioner often causing harassment. Therefore, the Petitioner seeks direction against the third Respondents not to harass him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint of the fourth Respondent, C.S.R.No.344 of 2022 was registered by the third Respondent. Petitioner and the fourth Respondent appeared for enquiry. CSR was closed with a direction to seek remedy from the Civil Court. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is disposed of.
