ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.A4/7140/2016 dated 23.07.2018 and consequent impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.A4/7140/2016 dated 30.07.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that civil suit is pending and pending civil suit the first respondent has passed status quo order till the disposal of civil suit and now the civil suit in O.S. No.37 of 2017 was also disposed of and thereby the said order has become infructuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and considering that civil suit in O.S. No. 37 of 2017 was also disposed of this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
