Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or orders in the nature of writ, directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 25/01/2024 and to secure remaining loan amount of Rs.1.15 Lakhs cheated in 2nd petitioner's name within stipulated time and pass any other order of orders.

O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed seeking or direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 25/01/2024 and to secure the remaining loan amount of Rs.1,15,000/- cheated in the 2nd petitioner's name.
2.The facts in brief:- The complaint was sent by the petitioner to the District Collector, Thoothukudi stating that his wife was 2/6
sanctioned Rs.1,50,000/- as goat loan by the 6th respondent Society. But the Society President, Secretary and other staffs did not disburse the money. But on the other hand, they received the acknowledgment from his wife. Only Rs.35,000/- was given to his wife. Remaining amount was not given stating that loan amount is closed. He doubted the accused namely President, Secretary and other officials misappropriated the loan amount. The copy of the same was also submitted to the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department namely the 2nd respondent.
3.Seeking direction to the 2nd respondent herein to make enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.
4.At the time of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint was forwarded to the 5th respondent herein for further enquiry and report.
5.Now the learned counsel on record for the 6th respondent in furtherance of the above said complaint would submit that enquiry was conducted by the 5th respondent and filed a report dated 10/10/2022 concluding that the allegations are false.

6.Let the copy of the above said report be suppled to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as to the petitioner so that they can work out their remedy if aggrieved.
7.With the above said liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
