ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to to direct the the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his relatives to take water from the Public Sintex Tank and use the public pathway based on the representation dated 30.09.2019.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not permitted to take water from the public sintex tank and use the common pathway, since the respondents 3 and 4 are restricting them and also denying to give water facility. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same is still pending. 3.At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
