ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the second and thrid respondents are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.4 of 2023 and it is closed.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry has been conducted and it is closed, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
