ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16152 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a special team was formed in this case and they have recovered the jewellery to the tune of seven sovereigns and the same was also handed over to the defacto complainant. The proceedings dated 10.01.2024 along with the relevant records were also placed before this Court.
