O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to register the clinical establishment of the petitioner under the name and style of Jas Med Solution. The petitioner had given an application for registration on 10.08.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of both the respondents.

3.Let me not enter into any further discussions, since it is informed and a copy of the order has also been forwarded to this Court, wherein, the respondents appear to have rejected the said representation given by the petitioner.

4.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had not been put on notice and was not served with the copy of the order. It would only be appropriate that the petitioner is also issued with a copy of the order in manner known to law.

W.P.(MD) No.21877 of 2021 5.Let a direction be given to the respondents to issue a copy of the order to the petitioner herein, if not already served and thereafter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take a further steps in manner known to law.

6.With the above said observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
