O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to carry out the survey and demarcation works in respect of the petitioners property comprised in Survey No.368/1 A measuring an extent of 0.06. Ares (15 cents) situated at Malayoor Village, Karambakudi taluk, Pudukkottai District till the disposal of the Civil Suit in O.S.No.32 of 2024 on the file of District Munsif Court, Karambakudi, Pudukottai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that survey has already been carried out and the cause does not survive any more. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
