ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 397 IPC, in Cr.No.339 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the de-facto complainant with aruval and fraudulently withdrawn a sum of Rs.4,45,000/- from the de-facto complainant's account and also stolen his two wheeler worth about Rs.25,000/-. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) strongly opposed this petition stating that the injured is still in hospital and the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.18218 of 2022 property is not yet recovered and the investigation is still pending.
