ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Co-operative Tribunal, Pudukkottai dated 18.01.2018 2/5

in C.M.A.(C.S.)No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court (Co-operative Tribunal), Pudukkottai.

2. It is reported that the revision petitioner has passed away in the year 2019 and the matter is being adjourned from 16.10.2023 onwards for impleading the legal heirs of the deceased revision petitioner. From 16.10.2023, it was adjourned to 02.11.2023, 17.11.2023, 06.12.2023, 04.03.2024, 03.06.2024 and finally on 18.06.2024, however, no steps have been taken.

3. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.06.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml 3/5
