ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to grant permission for 145th Thanthai Periyar's Birthday meeting yet to be held on 17.09.2024 at Aranmanai Entrance, Ramanathapuram District by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024 since respondents failed to consider for provide permission regards to conduct the meeting in Thanthai Periyar's 145th memorial day.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent. Hence, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass orders by imposing necessary conditions within a period of two days from today. 2/4

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
